I started Ground Level Goals to help Blue-Collar business owners who have made the bold choice to go into business for themselves. These owners are experts in their craft but may need help overcoming their fears and becoming successful business owners.
I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with two bachelor’s degrees, one in Finance and the other in Insurance & Risk Management. I worked in the banking industry during and after college, where I rose from a Teller to a Credit Analyst.
In December 2017, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, which kicked me into gear and showed me that life doesn’t just happen for you; you have to make it happen.
Then the pandemic happened. As someone who is immuno-compromised, I started working remotely. Once I started working remotely, I realized the incredible energy the daily commute took from me. This led me to search far and wide for a permanently remote job. I was finally hired as the operations manager/business advisor for iCFO. My first business advisement meeting was where I fell in love with helping small business owners and knew that’s all I want to do for the rest of my life.
With my Finance, Insurance & Risk Management, Banking, and Advisory background, I knew I wanted to help as many people as possible.
Using an initial Discovery Meeting, we will uncover and pinpoint areas where clarity and confidence are absolute musts. My most successful clients give 100% to becoming better business owners, not just better craftspeople. Between iCFO and Ground Level Goals, I have met with and helped over 50 business owners take their businesses to the next level via the services listed on this website.
